The Services are operated in Egypt by FAISAL AL RASHID GENERAL TRADING (commercial registration no. 47419, tax registration no. 349-764-662), Central Spine, El-Horreya Square, 10th District, 6th of October, Giza 12563, Egypt (“Al Nasser”, “we”, “us”). We process your personal information in accordance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, delivery and billing address, phone number and email address.
• Order information: the products you view, add to your cart, buy, return or exchange, your order history and your chosen payment method. We do not store full card numbers; card payments are handled by our payment providers.
• Account information, if you create an account, and your preferences.
• Your chosen store. If you allow your browser to share your location, we use it to suggest your nearest Al Nasser store.
• Device and usage information: IP address, device and browser type, and how you browse and use the website.
• Communications with us, including customer-care calls, emails and product reviews.

3. How we use your information

• To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds.
• To show product availability at your chosen store and let you collect orders there.
• To create and manage your account.
• To send you marketing communications, only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the website and our range, and to prevent fraud and misuse.

• Delivery partners, such as Bosta, and our own delivery team, to deliver and collect orders.

• Service providers that help us run the website, customer care and analytics.
• Companies of the Faisal Al Rasheed Group that support our operations.

We do not sell your personal information.

• have inaccurate information corrected, updated or completed;
• have your information erased, or its processing restricted, where the law allows;

8. Security and breach notification

Some of our service providers, including Shopify, store or process information outside Egypt. We transfer personal information outside Egypt only in accordance with the conditions of Law No. 151 of 2020.
